My first attempt didn't go well. I relied heavily on UBP, studied with a coworker who was also preparing for the exam, and practiced stems with staff from my residency including a few board examiners. In hindsight, those practice sessions didn't fully replicate the real experience; people who knew me tended to be more forgiving, and I wasn’t pushed to the level the actual exam requires.
Working with Dr. Rothenberg was completely different. In just a few hours, he covered an incredible breadth of high-yield material and, more importantly, refined how I delivered answers.
